BBRT #35: Complete BACK & BICEP SPLIT routine!

In this Back / Bicep gym SPLIT routine we hammered Back with VOLUME, followed by training Biceps with full intensity.

Whenever we are training two MUSCLES at a same time, always remember to CARB up specially when training to gain size.

All our routines are tried and tested in our facility.
