BBRT #32: BICEP / TRICEP split workout to GAIN SIZE!
In this BICEP / TRICEP split routine we started of with classic dumbbells curls and then added straight BARBBELL to gain maximum benefit from the workout followed by working on peak of the muscle and then the short head. Hammered Triceps later on with various exercises to exhaust the muscle to its maximum capacity,
All our routines are tired and tested in our facility.
Following is what we performed in this tutorial.
Alternate Dumbbell Curl - 4 sets of 12 reps
Barbbell Curl using STRAIGHT BAR - 6 sets of 8 reps
Preacher Curl using EZ CURL BAR - 3 sets of 12 reps
Alternate Hammer Curls - 4 sets of 8 reps
Tricep Push Downs using CURL BAR - 4 sets of 12 reps
Skull Crusher using EZ CURL BAR - 4 sets of 8 reps
Tricep Dips using a BENCH - 2 sets of 25 reps
