In this CHEST workout we started off by targeting the upper chest and then targeted center of the chest.
Tried and tested routine, does wonders for BEGINNERS!
Here is what we performed in this routine.
Incline Bench Press - 4 sets of 8 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press - 3 sets of 12 reps
Incline Dumbbell Fly - 3 sets of 12 reps
Flat Bench Press - 4 sets of 8 reps
Flat Dumbbell Press - 3 sets of 12 reps
Flat Dumbbell Fly - 3 sets of 12 reps
Dumbbell Pull-over - 4 sets of 8 reps
Aim for quality workout with focused reps!
