BBRT #30: BICEP / TRICEP blaster workout for GAINS!

Complete Bicep/Tricep split to target the ARMS from all possible angles. Following is what we performed in this tutorial.

Alternate Dumbbell Curl - 3 sets of 12 reps
Wide Grip Barbbell Curl - 4 sets of 8 reps
Close grip Barbell Curl - 4 sets of 8 reps
Preacher Curl - 3 sets of 12 reps
Tricep Push down - 4 sets of 15 reps
Skull Crushers / Tricep Press - 4 sets of 10 / 10 reps
Tricep Bench Dips - 1 set of maximum reps till FAILURE
