Complete gym routine for Back day. In this workout we hammered the back from various angles to get the maximum benefit out of this routine.

Following is what we performed in this workout.

Lat pull downs
4 sets of 12 reps

Rack Pulls
8 sets of 8 reps

Seated row (Close grip)
3 sets of 12 reps

Barbell row (Reverse grip)
3 sets of 12 reps

Lat pull down (Close grip)
3 sets of 12 reps

One Arm row (Throw)
3 sets of 12 reps
