One of the exercises where we can put our strength to TEST. This is such exercise where one can lift very heavy weight, matter of fact show off a little.
Always remember to never lock the knees as it takes tension off your QUADS and puts pressure on the KNEES.
Aim for 4 to 6 sets of 10-12 reps with moderate to heavy weight.
