BBRT #25: Complete GYM ROUTINE for LATERAL SHOULDER head!

Targeting SHOULDERS from all different angles is the key behind super round shoulders.

In this routine, we targeted mostly posterior (rear) head and lateral (side) head of shoulder.

Following is what we performed in this tutorial.

Lateral (side) raises
4 sets of 15 reps

Behind neck Barbell press
6 sets of reps

Lateral bend over raises
4 sets of 15 reps

Bend over Delt fly
4 sets of 10-12 reps

Behind the neck Shrugs
6 sets of 8 reps

Shoulder Dumbbell press
2 sets of 50 reps
