There are two MAJOR muscles in FOREARMS.
Flexor and Extensor. In order to have properly toned forearms, we must train both of these muscles.
Wrist curl and Reverse Wrist curls are A MUST if you want musular forearms.
We recommend performing 4 sets of 25 slow reps.
