Come on guys! who doesn't want a SEXY back. Here's a routine for you to try out that can get you that V shaped back.

Following is the routine we followed in this video.

Pull Ups 4 sets of 10 reps

Lat pull downs 4 sets of 10 reps

One arm throw row 4 sets of 10 reps

Wide grip seated row 4 sets of 10 reps

Dead lifts 6 sets of 12 reps

Barbell shrugs 6 sets of 12 reps

Aim for quality sets with slow and focused reps.
