A must try CHEST Routine that targets chest from all angles!

Aim for slow and quality reps, if lifting heavy always use a spotter.

Here is what we performed in the video:

4 sets of 10 Flat barbell press

4 sets of 5 Pyramid reps (Press/Fly)

4 set of 10 Incline barbell press

4 sets of 5 Pyramid reps (Press/Fly)

10 sets of 10 pushups

4 sets of 10 Dumbbell pull overs
