How to: UPRIGHT ROW your way to Super Lean SHOULDERS!

Upright ROW, one of the best exercises for those super Lean shoulders. Ideal way of performing this exercise as explained in the video is to hold the bar with 6 inch gap between thumbs, lean back a little and slowly row it up, pause at top and then slowly bring the barbell back to the starting position.

Aim for 4-6 sets with 10-12 reps for best results!
