BBRT #14: BICEP GYM ROUTINE to gain INCHES on ARMS!

One of my favorite BICEP routine, you should get a massive pump with this workout.

Minus the DRAMA in the beginning, we were really tired!

Alternate dumbell curl on incline bench 4 sets of 12-15 reps

Barbell curl on Ez Bar 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps

Seated hammer curl 4 sets of 8-10 reps

Barbell curl with straight bar 4 sets of 10-12 reps

Ez Bar Spider Curl 4 sets of 12-15 reps

Preacher curl 4 sets of 12-15 reps

Focus on proper form and quality reps.
