An often neglected exercise "Alternate concentration curls". Its one of the best exercises if performed well and at the right time with enough repetition and sets.
Add this exercise to your arm day, keep it after dumbell or barbell curls for best results.
Its an isolation exercise for which we recommend high reps(15-20) with 4 to 6 sets.
Aim for quality reps with slow and good form.
