How to: Dumbbell front raise for Massive SHOULDERS!

Front raises or dumbbell raises is all time favorite exercise of Pro Bodybuilders when it comes to sculpting ones shoulder.

We always recommend adding volume to the workout by performing 4-6 sets of 8-12 reps.

Aim to add front raises before or after following exercises to gain maximum benefit out of this exercise.

Upright rows
Shrugs
Trap Press
Dumbbell Press
Barbell press

Aim for quality sets with slow reps.
