One of the best exercise to GAIN STAMINA is shuttling or suicide runs. The beauty of doing this drill is, it does not require a lot of area to perform. We normally set up markers every 8 to 10 feet,
Run a shuttle for 2 mins then take a 30 second break. Aim for total of 10 sets.
Breathing: INHALE through nose and EXHALE through mouth is a key in these kind of drills.
Diet is a must, the more we make kids exercise, more they have to eat.
Glass of MILK on a daily basis for kids is what we highly recommend.
