Lift heavy on barbells and maintain the pump with pushups in this workout routine.
This is a very basic routine in which we are using pushups instead of dumbbells and targeting chest from all the angles on peck deck.
Aim for 4 sets of every shown exercise with 10-12 reps in first set and less reps and more weight in remaining sets. Focus on slow and quality reps.
