One Arm rows or Lawn mower rows, one of the often neglected exercises to add a nice tail to your lats/Back muscle.One arm row in combination with Rack pulls and Bend over rows will help you in getting that sexy V shaped back.

Aim for 4 to 6 sets with 10-12 reps.
