Bicep Exercise 1: Bicep Curl (Ez Bar) Sets: 4 sets Reps: 8-10 reps

Bicep Exercise 2: Dumbbell Curls (Alternate) Sets: 4 sets Reps: 8-10 reps

Bicep Exercise 3: Preacher Curls (Ez Bar-Wide grip) Sets: 4 sets Reps: 8-10 reps

Bicep Exercise 4: Bicep Curls on Low pulley Sets: 3 sets Reps: to failure

Tricep Exercise 1: Triceps Push down Sets: 4 sets Reps: 10-12 reps

Tricep Exercise 2: Skull Crushers (Ez Bar) Sets: 4 sets Reps: 10-12 reps

Tricep Exercise 3: Tricep Diamond Push-ups Sets: 4 sets Reps: 10-12 reps

Workout time: 45 mins to 1hr.

Note: 45 seconds to 1 minute break between sets, 2 minute break between exercises.
